Viewing Energy Consumption in the ZenseHome App

By Christian · 18 October 2026

To view your home's total electricity consumption in the ZenseHome app, current sensors must be installed on the property's incoming power supply.

Once installed, you can view electricity consumption for specific time periods, including:

  • Today's total electricity consumption
  • Monthly electricity consumption
  • A custom-defined period

The energy consumption page can be found in the app under:

Settings → Energy Consumption

How are the current sensors installed?

The sensors are connected to the property's incoming power supply and must be installed by a licensed electrician.

Is it possible to monitor the electricity consumption of a single phase?

Yes. It is possible to monitor an individual phase of the property's electrical installation. To do this, one current sensor is installed on the desired phase and another current sensor is installed on the neutral (N) conductor.

Can I export my electricity consumption data from the app?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to export the data from the app. However, the data is stored within the app and can always be accessed there.

How long is my electricity consumption data stored?

The data is stored from the moment the current sensors are installed and the system is online. There is no time limit on how long the data is retained.

Is my electricity consumption recorded if the system is offline?

No. During periods when the system is offline, electricity consumption is neither recorded nor stored.
