Setup Custom Scenarios

By Christian · 9 October 2026

Scenarios are used to turn on, turn off, or dim multiple devices at the same time. This guide explains how to create and configure a scenario.

Creating a Scenario

To create a new scenario, select the "Scenarios" menu at the bottom of the app.

On the page, tap the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner, enter a name for the new scenario, and save it.

Your scenario has now been created and is ready to be configured.

Configuring a Scenario

Within the scenario settings, you will find three sections:

  • Turn On, Turn Off & Dim
  • Start Scenario from Switches
  • Schedule

These are the sections where the scenario is configured.

Turn On, Turn Off & Dim

This section displays a list of all devices at your property.

Here, you can select which devices should be turned on, turned off, or dimmed when the scenario is activated.

Simply choose the desired action for each device and then press "Save".

Your scenario is now saved and can be started from the app by pressing the Play button in the list of scenarios.

Start Scenario from Switches

In this section, you can choose which switch will activate your scenario.

This can be done either by physically pressing the switch you want to use or by manually selecting it from a list.

Select a Switch by Physical Press

  • Press the switch that should activate the scenario. The switch will then appear in the app, after which you can press "Save".

Select a Switch from the List

  • Select the "Select Switches" option at the bottom of the page. A list of all switches in the home will be displayed. Select the desired switch and choose which type of press should activate the scenario.
  • Then press "Save".

Note

  • It is possible to assign multiple switches to activate the same scenario. Follow the same procedure described above for each additional switch.
  • We recommend using a long press to activate a scenario.

Schedule

This section allows you to configure when the scenario should run.

You can select specific weekdays and times.

Additionally, you can choose sunrise and sunset as trigger times. This is useful if you want the scenario to run only during daylight hours or only after dark.
